Carolina Seeger is an associate of Mena and Guijón. Ms. Seeger was admitted to the Chilean bar in 1999. Carolina Seeger has extensive experience in advising companies and investment projects in the regulatory and natural resources area, especially in matters related to water law, sanitary concessions and public works, electrical law and renewable energies, subjects in which she has also had an outstanding participation in the elaboration of legal reports. In the academic field, Carolina Seeger is co-author of the book "Derecho Eléctrico" (Editorial Legalpublishing 2006) and has numerous publications in specialized magazines. In addition, she has taught Energy Law and Project Execution at the Regulatory LL.M. of the Catholic University of Chile, and is a guest lecturer in Electrical Law in the Master's Degree in Law from U. Católica del Norte. Carolina Seeger is a member of the Chilean Bar Association. Languages: Spanish and English.
